On my las rest batch of bramble I collected (same source) for the leaf insects I have noticed lots of green fly on some stems! Will these be harmful to the leaf insects and if so is there anything I can do to stop them from appearing in the tank?

There's loads of alternatives to bramble about now and fresh new bramble isn't very good for nymphs that cant eat it anyway.

Try looking for hazel, hawthorn, oak, cherry, rose, etc
