This is why I don't send out stock over the weekend.
These were posted to me first-class Friday. Arrived today. Had these arrived the day after, these poor little A. Scutatus might have survived.
If you're going to send eggs so close to hatching, don't do this :(

Please dont tell me you brought one of those 5 eggs only deals.
And people are generally more lax with posting ova seeing as you usually cant tell when individual ones will hatch.

No, not 5.....probably near to zero chance of getting a starter colony from that. Was a batch of 100. Appreciate time isn't as critical with eggs, but surely you know if they are new-laid or 3 months old when you send them?

Not necessarily when you hold hundreds of eggs together from multiple parents laid through an extended period of time :P

Exactly lol. That's why you normally send 10-20% extra to cover for any hatches in trasit. :razz:
