hmm, im sure i posted this topic earlier, cant have pressed submit.
anyways, i was out hunting round the garden with my camera and came across some millipedes, they are soo tiny lol!

I have a few of these guys around and about my house. Ive got a small tank with some of them in, and they are breeding like you woudent believe!

I've not seen any UK millipedes for a very long time, as a kid I seem to remember only seeing black ones. Great picture by the way.

Id had only ever seen one millipede in my life (the black species) up until about 6 months ago when I got into millis. Then I started hunting around the woods and have seen about 4 different species since then. Youve just got to know where to look :D

oh they do look similar dont they, i found mine under some rotting logs, only found a few this year but i found quite alot last year under logs and rocks in the garden
