Its definitely Pelmatojulus ligulatus (Voges, 1878)

Pachybolus l. ist just a synonym according through the different year of discovering, so look here:

Synonym: Spirobolus ligulatus Voges, 1878; Pachybolus ligulatus Cook, 1899
