So i was rehousing my new giant millipedes and one had no grip and rolled and fell with a really hard sounding thud, not cracks or visible sign of damage and i think its acting normal, should i still be worried?

Keep an eye on it for a while longer. Millipedes are fairly tough and are built to fall short distances. With no visible external damage it will probably be OK. But be prepared to buy a new one... just in case.
